    Hey Tim,

I have a friend who is 55 plus and is undergoing TRT. I asked him how closely hey monitors his physiology and if he gets any regular blood work. His response was his doctor is not very involved and doesn't perform any blood work. I recommended to him that he investigate his blood work closely and get some nutrient analysis done and consult with a more nutritionally enlightened Doctor.

My question is - What type of labs do you think would be beneficial for an over 55 male who strength trains 5x per week and is on TRT. Are there specific nutrient's you would watch like D3 or Zinc?

Any insight you could share or any direction you can point would be greatly appreciated.

    With Gratitude,
    Jonathan

I will let the Dr respond to this, but I would say look into discountlabs.com which is overseen by Nelson Virgil who has written books on healthy TRT. An extremely affordable testing site with all the information you and your client may be looking for
