I know Charles was a big fan of incorporating the use of JOOVV with his athletes. I was wondering if there was a more specific program on how exactly he used it?
-Before a certain time of day?
-Any concern of overuse?
-Whole body or targeting specific body parts?
-Is it better for a certain type of performance i.e intensification vs accumulation/hypertrophy?
-In combination with exercises/supplements?
