    With Arms being priority, is it best to simply substitute the arm day from each month with the phase from the Ebook?

    Try making your arm day a 2 a day routine. Morning from the monthly program, and the PM session from the ebook

    Hello,

    Could the same type of split be used on the monthly fat loss program? If so, would you train the eBook (arms) program 3x/week along with the monthly program that is done 3x/week as well? If this is the case you would hit your 6th arm workout in two weeks, and then move to the next phase in the e book. I hope my question makes sense lol.
