Training the Combat Sports Athlete


Tactics and principles on programming for the modern day warrior.

In this course we will dig into many aspects of concepts of contact and combat sports. From football, rugby and hockey to all combat sports. As a strength coach, knowing the needs of the athlete and the sports is a must.

We will train using the same strategies I use and learned from Strength Sensei. Contact and combat sports are tradition in North America, and all over the world.
