“ The birth and evolution of the Eastern Bloc weight lifting system and its application for the modern strength coach”

The mission of the course is to acquire the basic knowledge of the Eastern Bloc training system to develop and apply models of excellence either as a high-performance coach in weightlifting, as a strength trainer for other sports, a coach in order to improve health from adolescence to old age using strength exercises and as a high-performance strategist in the National Olympic Committee.

Why the Eastern Bloc system? The system that emerged in that country showed that it is highly efficient and its adaptation in other countries has also shown high results (Democratic Germany, Cuba, etc.).

In the academic order, the system has the three basic elements for its study and application.

· The sports results achieved in various sports in the international arena, in particular Olympic Games

· Sufficient experiences and documentation to be able to objectively analyze why competitive returns.

· The feasibility of being able to adapt the system according to the objectives and interests in sports centers in different regions or countries.

The application of Reverse Engineering, which is nothing more than studying the components of a program or system object, to discover its structure, operation and how to perfect it from inadequacies. The adaptation of the system and overcoming the inadequacies related to the selection of talents from the application of knowledge of the genotype, a subject that was officially prohibited in the USSR and overcoming dependence on doping, makes it possible to apply a more advanced, economical and efficient system.

The program will be developed in four modules, three of a theoretical, methodological nature and one practical module.

I-. The Total system analyzed from reverse imagery.

A. The possible improvement from the introduction of genetics and criticism of the champion, the basis of doping, can make the Eastern bloc training system very high efficiency and yields.

B. The historical bases of strength training in the Eastern Bloc and the theoretical and practical principles of training and development sport.

II-. Fundamentals of the technique of weight exercises and its relationship with motor skills

III-. Planning for weight strength training and its application in the development of strength in other sports

IV-. The practice of weight exercises.

A. The methodology of teaching and perfecting classic and special exercises for strength in weight lifting.

B. the practical correction of recording errors in the technique of classic exercises in weight lifting

The modules will last 2 hours, with a 30-minute break and one hour for question and answer time.

Evaluation system:

At the conclusion of chapters I and II and the delivery of the study material, the contents will be evaluated by the Multiple Choice system.

Chapter III after the delivery of the materials will be evaluated from a training program developed under the principles of the Eastern Bloc system.

Chapter IV will be evaluated on the basis of the practical demonstration of the technique of the exercises and procedure to assess and correct serious errors of the technique.
