Why the Eastern Bloc system? The system that emerged in that country showed that it is highly efficient and its adaptation in other countries has also shown high results (Democratic Germany, Cuba, etc.).

In the academic order, the system has the three basic elements for its study and application.

· The sports results achieved in various sports in the international arena, in particular Olympic Games

· Sufficient experiences and documentation to be able to objectively analyze why competitive returns.

· The feasibility of being able to adapt the system according to the objectives and interests in sports centers in different regions or countries.

The application of Reverse Engineering, which is nothing more than studying the components of a program or system object, to discover its structure, operation and how to perfect it from inadequacies. The adaptation of the system and overcoming the inadequacies related to the selection of talents from the application of knowledge of the genotype, a subject that was officially prohibited in the USSR and overcoming dependence on doping, makes it possible to apply a more advanced, economical and efficient system.

The program will be developed in four modules, three of a theoretical, methodological nature and one practical module.

I-. The Total system analyzed from reverse imagery.

A. The possible improvement from the introduction of genetics and criticism of the champion, the basis of doping, can make the Eastern bloc training system very high efficiency and yields.
