In the Metabolic Analytics course I took from Charles he said take 1 gram of fish oil per each % of your body fat. So if a Dexascan shows you have 20% body fat you would take 20 grams of fish oil a day.
In the Metabolic Analytics course I took from Charles he recommended 40 grams of fiber per day. He said you should have several stools per day. He said fiber was the only essential carbohydrate.
