    Hey ,

    Depends on how the Corisol level is in the morning or in the evening

    If you find it difficult to get going in the morning, this protocol can help you

    300ml Water
    1/4 Tsp Himalaya Salt or Baking Soda
    1 tbsp Lemon juice without sugar

    A good product are Cortisol Pro from Nutri Dyn.
