    Hello,

    Could the same type of split be used on the monthly fat loss program? If so, would you train the eBook (arms) program 3x/week along with the monthly program that is done 3x/week as well? If this is the case you would hit your 6th arm workout in two weeks, and then move to the next phase in the e book. I hope my question makes sense lol.

    Hello....would it still be as effective to incorporate 20 minutes of HIIT, or sprints? or is 20-30 minute steady state cardio what is best recommended?
