Asking how to split up rest/work days on the hotel gym routines. Been doing 5-on, 2-off but I recall Charles Poliquin stated that we should never train more than 2 days in a row. So would it be best to train the hotel routine: 2-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off, 1-on, 1-off; repeat?
Just curious what the optimal suggested routine is for a split with five workouts scheduled. I searched but found nothing on the forum so far that clarified this question.
