    Hi Coaches

    What general rules would be for training twice a day? Body type ectomorph , training age 5years, . Goal is hypertrophy . How long should be doing this cycle, what would be good for recovery? Any supplementation tips. Been doing Hypertrophy and strength phase 5 (done all 5).
