    Just wondering is there a certain level of strength required to best utilise bands and chains? For example 1.5 x bw front squat etc.

    As I remember Charles correctly, 100+kg on the flat bench to use bands/chains for results without wasting training tools/potentials...

    Anyone have any suggestions on how to test for correct band tension? I was thinking of trying out a crane scale but thought someone might have a better/ more accurate way?
