    Coaches,

    I’m wondering how I could incorporate strength training for each type of swimmer(sprinter, mid distance, and distance). It seems to me that swimmers need strength endurance explosive strength maybe speed strength and relative strength. As I understand it swimming is a very technical sport that has been missing out on strength training. Do you guys have any experience working with swimmers? Any suggestions Or thoughts?
