I am wondering how does running or any other type of "cardio" fit in the plans.
As far as I know, Charles was an advocate of sprint or HIIT running.
Do you have any tips on how to implement it to Fat loss programme, for example?
Charleses functional hyperthropy or conditioning workouts helped me greatly in my wrestling practise.
But I am now wondering where does Sprint/HIIT takes place among it all?
In the same day as gym? Because same day as wrestling really limits my performance.
Hey Miroslav, Usually from what i remember, sprints and HIIT would be done the same day as legs (or most of leg work days), or you could do early morning HIIT or sprint work and wrestling pract.at least 6 hours later.
