Hi - as a regular trainee, I am trying to get back after 2 weeks of recovering through Covid. The symptoms were mild (Home isolation) but did cause breathlessness. From lifting 2x body weight pre Covid, I now simply gasp with Just the barbell squat for 5 reps and feel very demoralized. I hope every week is better but wanted to seek guidance on how you may have come across similar cases and best protocol to rebuild strength.
