I have recently added a home gym to my place but without a lying leg curl machine. During certain phases a lower rep range for hamstrings are required. Which exercises would best be substituted for lower reps? Higher reps I have found that swiss ball curls, hip extensions, RDL's etc have been great. But obviously I would like to simulate the leg curl as much as possible.

    Thank you in advance!

Hey Ryan, only thing that comes to mind is the Glute ham raise if you can anchor your feet solid or have someone hold them, Eccentric and isometric work.

Try Nordic Hamstring Curls... use your arms concentric if needed
