    Good afternoon

    Im interested in using Intermittent fasting. I understand that calorie deficit is obviously the main factor in fat loss, but always intrigued by different methods.

    Has anyone got decent reading material or sources for Intermittent fasting for the strength trainer, guidelines, protocols etc.

    Any experiences or tips would be appreciated
