Hi, I'm hoping to get some knowledgeable insight on how to modify the "hypertrophy and strength training" programs to match my current capacity to train.
About two years ago I experienced an adrenal crash which I began recovering from about one year ago. I'm able to train but I find that when I overdo it I regress to a stressed state. Sleep and digestion are first to be negatively effected. Has anyone had experience with this and know the best training (and/or diet) protocol?
