Would it be contraindicated to perform before heavy lifting/sprinting training for fear of weakening the tissue? Is it best to do after training to enhance recovery? May 5, 2020 at 2:19 am #759 Jance FootitParticipant After, yes. Only before if training is corrective or rehab. Look into FAT (fasical abrasion techinque) for a better method to use BEFORE training.
