    When is the best time to utilize Gua Sha? Would it be contraindicated to perform before heavy lifting/sprinting training for fear of weakening the tissue? Is it best to do after training to enhance recovery?

    After, yes. Only before if training is corrective or rehab. Look into FAT (fasical abrasion techinque) for a better method to use BEFORE training.
