    Could you recommend some basic routines for using Captains of Crush grippers? Do you recommend reps, holds, or both. Thanks!

    Awesome question, I love grip training. 1 of Charles' best athletes, Adriane Wilson, was the first woman to ever certify on the number 2 COC. Let me ask her for her training routine. She is currently trying to certify on the 2.5.

    Dang! This one segment is worth a year's membership. Thank you, Adriane, for the fantastic explanation and instruction. No more sitting on the deck and mindlessly closing the grippers. It's time to put some serious effort into proper crush-grip training. I had no idea that there was a "top" and "bottom" to Ironmind's grippers. Thank you!
