Hi there. I’m going thru Hypertrophy and strength phase 6: day 2 - legs
Can you recommend a comparable alternative to these movements as I don’t have these pieces of equipment? Also the workouts used to provide alternates to movements why are they no longer provided. Thanks for all your help 🙏.

1 and 1/4 hack squats
Also can you clarify how the first part of this program goes with the
2 sets x 5+5+5+5+5+max
Is it 5 mini cluster sets then a max set on the 6th mini set OR max set on the 5th mini set?
