    Hi, hope everyone is doing well. For the Fat loss program what is the schedule. Every other day for total of 3 sessions a week or?

    Correct, 3 sessions a week, and for best results add in 20-30 min walks on off days

    Hello....would it still be as effective to incorporate 20 minutes of HIIT, or sprints? or is 20-30 minute steady state cardio what is best recommended?
