Hi Tim,
Trying to figure out what tests I should have run if I'm trying to figure out cortisol levels as well as why I'm having a lower sex drive.
Any help is much appreciated.
When it comes to sex drive there are many avenues to persue before cortisole. Cortisol is notoriously difficult to get a handle on. I wouldn't waste your time. To do it right takes multiple blood tests. Other sampling methods are unreliable at best. Look into testosterone and make sure your estrogen levels are not elevated. Sleep is also key. Not to mention the mother of all negatives...stress.
