The launch of Optimizing the Women’s Body Certification is in response to the ever-growing demand we have received on understanding the complexity of women’s health. This course will give you the formulas to restore function and optimize performance.

Do I need to be a Certified Strength Coach or Personal Trainer to take this course?

Absolutely not. This course will dive deep into more advanced topics, though, so experience training and coaching and a knowledge of anatomy will help you get the most out of the course.
