In this 3-day course, Coach Adrienne Smith will lead you through health and training protocols for women.

Although women and men can train the same and get comparable results, women have specific hormonal, emotional, and special movement circumstances that could prevent them from getting optimal results from their training program. If you're a coach or an athlete with an understanding of program design and have been struggling to make progress in your own training or with your clients, this course is for you.

Absolutely not. This course will dive deep into more advanced topics, though, so experience training and coaching and a knowledge of anatomy will help you get the most out of the course.
